Thanks to the over 50 fans who turned out at the Jenks 1929 gig on April 13.  We had a blast sharing our wide range of Rock, Funk and Fusion tunes in such a cool venue.   If you missed it, we will be posting new video of the gig shortly.

Nooch is a multi-genre quartet playing unique instrumental takes on rock,  funk, and fusion covers, as well as, Nooch originals.  

The breadth of musical experience of the members brings flavors from gritty rock, to smooth jazz and from edgy surf to sultry salsa.  Based in Northeast Ohio, Nooch can be your headliner or provide eclectic background music for your brew pub, winery, bar, restaurant, corporate event or private party.  

Whether your event audience is 50 or 500 Nooch is equipped to deliver high quality music at the volume that is right for your venue.

About the Band

Bass - Ron Gero is an entrepreneur and the newest member of Nooch who rejoined the music scene as an Act II after playing rock in his younger years at many of the northeast's local clubs.  Ron plays in several area bands with vastly different genres and uses his spirited approach to 5-string bass to add meaningful depth to Nooch's tunes.

Guitar - Earl Clausson is a mechanical engineer by day and a striving guitarist as time permits.  Appreciative of a wide variety of styles, he has found himself drawn primarily to instrumental music.  In addition to being a co-founder of Nooch, Earl may occasionally be found playing surf rock in a couple other bands.  He aspires to have his guitar playing considered “not too shabby.”

Drums - Paul Feezel is a former IT management guy who has played many genres over his 5 decades of drumming in various bands.  From big band to British invasion and from Harry Chapin to classic rock... Paul always considered himself a "back beat drummer," until co-founding Nooch with Earl.  Now he has the opportunity to bring some funk and grit to the band’s fusion sound. Paul also acts as the band's booking manager.

Keys - Mike Golden hails  from the NYC area where he played almost every type of music while gigging in the highly competitive "wedding band" circuit.  Decades of Top 40 hits,  jazz, rock and traditional ethnic wedding songs give Mike a huge pallet of styles and techniques to apply to Nooch originals and covers.  As a highly skilled IT professional, Mike is also the band's technical leader managing all of  Nooch's state of the art sound systems.
